than two times from 1996 to 2006. This was accomplished by
restructure of financing, intense scrutiny and overhaul of property

Markswright has enhanced
the La Petaca asset, doubling its value in just three years by
strategic capital improvements, development of the infrastructure,
and a reposition of the property to increase its marketability.

Anderson Valley, Philo, CA -- 104 acres
Between 1997 and 2007, the
Anderson Valley property improved in value by two and a half times.
